Sai Homes Constructions Hyderabad is located in Serilingampalli. Specifically, we are at Sudarshan Nagar Colony, right opposite the HCU bus depot. It’s a busy spot with the buses coming and going all day long. The address is 15-15/83, and we share the space with V. Gopala Krishana. Hyderabad is growing so fast, especially this side of town near the university, so there is always construction noise in the background. We aren't one of those massive developers with billboards all over the highway. We are a smaller group just trying to help build houses for people who want to live in this neighborhood. Our office is pretty lived-in and usually has blueprints spread out over the tables. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes the bureaucracy of building things gets frustrating, but we just push through it. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and how long it will take. Most of the guys on the team have been in the construction game for years. We aren't looking to change the world, just to build some solid walls and roofs. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we like seeing a project finally come together after months of work. We’re just regular people doing a job and trying to get things right for the folks we work for.
