S K Air & Water Systems Pvt Ltd is based out of house number 108 in Chitraseema Colony. Being in Vanasthalipuram means we are part of the neighborhood. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty calm except when the school bus passes by in the mornings. We deal with air and water systems, which keeps us pretty busy since everyone needs clean water and good air. Most of our tools are kept in the garage or the back room. We started small, just helping out local families, and it grew from there. It’s not some big corporate building. It’s a house where we work. We know the neighbors, and they know us. Sometimes someone will stop by just to ask a question about their filter while they're walking their dog. We like it that way. It makes the work feel more personal. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, but the home office is where we do all the planning and paperwork. The desk is always covered in diagrams and invoices. We try to keep the garden neat out front, but sometimes work gets in the way. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We don't have a big team, just a few reliable people who have been with us since the beginning. We just focus on getting the systems running right for people who need them. It's just a regular local business doing its part for the community.
