Niit Smartserve Gurgaon

It might seem a bit confusing because the name says Niit Smartserve Gurgaon, but we are actually located here in Hyderabad at B 904 Ngos Colony in Vanasthalipuram. That is just how things ended up. We are quite far from the busy IT hubs of the city, which is actually a nice change. The Ngos Colony is a settled area, mostly houses and families. Our office is tucked away in this building, and it feels more like a home office than a corporate branch. We have our desks set up near the windows to get some natural light during the day. Hyderabad weather is usually okay, but we definitely appreciate the fans when it gets humid. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic here. Most of our work is done over the phone or computer. We know the neighbors, and they know us as the quiet group in B 904. There is no big marketing team here or anyone trying to sell you something you don't need. We just handle our specific tasks and try to keep things moving. Sometimes we order lunch from the small place down the road, and we sit together to eat. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. No one wears suits or ties here. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the day’s to-do list.
