National Institute Of Smart Government

We are located over at Astra Towers in Hitec City, right on the first floor. If you know Kondapur, you know how busy it gets around here with all the traffic and people moving about. We’ve been set up here at the National Institute Of Smart Government for a bit now. It is a decent spot to work from, even if the commute in the morning can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Mostly, we spend our days looking at how to make government systems run a little smoother using technology. It isn't always easy work, and there are a lot of meetings involved most weeks. We have a small team here in Hyderabad and we try to keep things organized despite how fast everything changes in the tech world. The office itself is pretty straightforward, nothing too fancy, just desks and computers and plenty of coffee to keep us going through the afternoons. We see a lot of people coming through Hitec City for different projects. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up for a new digital initiative. It gets quiet in the building after six, which is when most of the real work actually gets done. We just do our bit here in the city, trying to figure out better ways for people to interact with the government without all the usual hassles you might expect. That is basically what happens on a normal Tuesday for us here.
