Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has a spot in Bhulaxmi Nagar, Hyderabad. We’re located in Flat No 61/62. It’s a bit of a funny thing because the paperwork sometimes lists us as being in Uttar Pradesh, but we’re actually right here in the 500070 area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is usually a real hive of activity. We don't have any flashy signs or big glass buildings to show off. We just work out of these flats, which we’ve turned into a proper workspace with desks, drawing boards, and way too many filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of the local construction projects from here, making sure the supplies are ordered and the labor is on site when they should be. The atmosphere is pretty informal most days. You’ll see us in our regular work clothes, probably with some site dust on our shoes, talking about cement prices or truck schedules. We don't go in for corporate talk or those fancy mission statements you see elsewhere. We just want to build things that stay up and serve their purpose for a long time. Bhulaxmi Nagar is a lively place, and being based here means we’re never too far from where the actual building is happening. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and our afternoons visiting the sites to see how things are going. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but we like it that way.
