M/S Madhucon Projects Ltd has a spot in Miyapur, Hyderabad. We are located in the Chandra Sekhar Kalyan building, specifically Flat No. 301 in the 12th Block. Miyapur is a busy residential and commercial hub now, so there is always something going on outside. The flat is where we handle the administrative side of our projects. It is a regular apartment block, so it feels quite lived-in and normal. We have our computers set up and a table for meetings. Most of our work involves checking project status and handling local coordination. The lift in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We do not have any big logos on the walls. It is a practical space for practical work. We usually have a few people coming in and out during the day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up reports for the site managers. The tea man downstairs knows us well because we order rounds for everyone. It is a decent place to work from. We do not worry about looking like a big corporation. We just want to make sure the projects we are handling are on track. There is plenty of paperwork to deal with, and the space gets a bit cramped with all the files, but we make it work. It is just a normal day at the office for us.
