Our office is in Motinagar, specifically at Flat 101 in Sesahsai Apartments. We are quite close to the Saibaba Temple, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being near Erragadda means there is always a lot of activity outside. We have been working out of this apartment for a while now. It is a quiet enough place for us to get our planning done for the infrastructure projects we handle. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us sitting around desks with our computers. Most of the real action happens out at the sites where the actual building is going on. We come here to handle the permits and the phone calls. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It is just a normal Hyderabad neighborhood where everyone knows each other. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing because we are usually too busy with the work itself. We see the temple visitors every morning and evening, which gives the place a nice feel. It is a practical location for us to reach different parts of the city quickly. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. There is usually some tea being made and a lot of talk about current projects. We are just trying to keep things running smoothly and making sure the work gets done on time every single week.
