We are based at Hno 2 85 7 4 in the Pjr Nagar Colony, right in the Gachibowli area of Hyderabad. Madhupala Estates Pvt Ltd has been around this part of the city for quite some time now. Gachibowli has changed a lot since we first started, with all the big buildings going up, but our little office in Pjr Nagar Colony stays pretty much the same. We deal with property and land stuff, mostly just helping people figure out what is available and what the paperwork looks like. It is not always exciting work, and there is a lot of driving around to look at different sites. The office is usually a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, and we always have a stack of maps and documents sitting on the table. We are just a small group of people who know the local area well. We do not have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just help out with what people need. Sometimes the traffic in Hyderabad makes it hard to get to appointments on time, but we do our best. We know the 500032 area code like the back of our hand.
