Madhucon Constructions

This Madhucon Constructions office is located over at Flat No. 2 on Plot No. 7. The address is 11-149, sitting right behind the IDPL area on Gandhinagar Road in Hyderabad. It’s one of those spots that feels tucked away even though it’s near a major road. V.S.N. Murthy and D. Rajeswara Rao have been here for a good amount of time. If you’re coming from the main city, you have to watch out for the turn-off toward Gandhinagar. The building is a standard one, not very tall, and we share the space with other residents. It’s pretty quiet inside the flat compared to the noise on the street outside. We spend our mornings checking on things and making sure the construction side of the business is moving along. There’s a lot of paper moving across the desks most days. We don’t really do anything fancy here. It’s just a place to sit, talk, and get the work sorted out. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up talking more than typing. We use the kitchen area for making coffee or just taking a break. It's a practical setup for us. If you get lost, just look for the IDPL back side area and someone will usually know where Plot 7 is. We like it here because it’s close enough to the city but still has a bit of a neighborhood feel to it.
