M R Traders

We set up M R Traders here in Musheerabad a while back, right near the Badi Masjid. It’s a busy spot, especially on Fridays when the whole street fills up with people coming and going from the mosque. Our shop at 1-4-524/7A isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep our stock and talk to folks who drop by. Most days start with opening the shutters and cleaning off the dust that settles overnight from the road. We deal with various trading items, mostly stuff people in the neighborhood need or things we send out to other parts of the city. It gets quite loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The space is a bit tight with all the crates piled up, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the tea seller from down the road brings us some chai and we take a break for ten minutes to just watch the street. We aren't trying to be some big corporation or anything like that. We just do our work, talk to the regulars, and try to make sure things get delivered on time. It’s mostly family and a couple of helpers running the show. There’s always someone around if you need to ask about a price or a delivery. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we moved in, but the masjid is still the main landmark for anyone trying to find us. Just look for the green gate.
