We've been here at B-38, 39, and 40 in the Sanathnagar Industrial Estate for quite some time now. Dealing with lightning arresters isn't exactly a glamorous job, but it’s what we do every single day. Most mornings start with the gates opening early and the staff trickling in. It can get pretty loud around here with the manufacturing sounds, but we’re used to it. The workshop is usually a bit dusty, and there’s always something that needs fixing or moving. People often ask what exactly we make, and we just tell them we build stuff to stop lightning from breaking things. It's practical work. We have a lot of guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. Sometimes the tea break is the best part of the afternoon when everyone gathers outside the shed. Sanathnagar has changed a lot, but this corner of the industrial estate feels the same. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of heavy equipment. It’s a busy place, especially when orders pile up and we have to stay late. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always look that way to an outsider. If you’re ever near the estate, you’ll probably see our sign. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the work done right without making a fuss about it.
