You can find us in Vinayak Nagar, over in Gachibowli. We’re right at House No 1-37-1, on Plot 145C. If you know the area, we’re just opposite the Padmavati Venkateswar Temple. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and people heading to the IT parks or the temple. Our office is a busy place too. Since Gachibowli is growing so fast, there's always something going on with our projects. We have a lot of engineers and site supervisors coming in and out at all hours. The office is pretty functional—no big lobbies or fancy art. We have whiteboards filled with schedules and tables covered in site plans. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in for a meeting, but we make it work. We try to keep a handle on all the moving parts from here. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on deliveries. Sometimes it feels like we’re always playing catch-up, but that’s the nature of construction. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things done right. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don’t go in for much of the corporate talk; we just like to see the structures going up and the work getting finished. Being near the temple gives the place a bit of a calm vibe even when things get hectic.
