Our place is at 1 286 SV Nagar in Medchal, Rrdist 501401. We’ve been operating out of this area for a good bit now. Jayanthi Realtors Pvt Ltd is a small team. We aren't like those big real estate firms with fancy television commercials or huge billboards. We mostly deal with land and property right here in the Medchal district. The office is pretty basic. We have a few maps pinned to the walls and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about plots. SV Nagar is a quiet area compared to the main city, which we like. Most of our days are spent driving out to look at sites or meeting people who want to buy or sell something. We don't use a lot of fancy sales talk. We just show the property, tell you the price, and explain the paperwork as clearly as possible. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected because of the local offices, and we just tell people that directly. It’s an honest way to work, I think. We know the local roads and the people around here quite well. If you come by the office, we might be out on a site visit, so it's always a bit of a gamble. But we’re usually around in the mornings. We just want to help people find a bit of land without making it a huge, stressful ordeal. It’s a simple business.
