Our office is on the first floor of the Annapurna Complex, right on the Dilsukhnagar Main Road. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Sai Baba Temple and just across from Pai Electronics. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. Inside, we keep things pretty straightforward. We handle air tickets and travel stuff for people who walk in. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to find flights that work for people's schedules. J K Air Travels isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here in the office. We get all sorts of people coming in, some looking for domestic trips and others trying to get overseas to see family. The building is older, and sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb, but we've been in this spot for a bit. We don’t have fancy brochures or a big marketing team. If someone needs a ticket, we sit down and talk about where they’re going. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to actually have a proper lunch. We try to keep things organized, but like any small business, it can get a bit hectic when everyone wants to travel at once. Being near the temple means we see a lot of the local crowd every day.
