ITW Signode is based here in Hyderabad at H-No: 11-5-246/1. If you know Moosapet, we are right above PMT Engineering Works on HP Road. It’s a very industrial part of town. There’s always the sound of machines or trucks moving nearby. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have high ceilings and heavy desks. Being above an engineering workshop means there is always some vibration and noise, but we got used to it long ago. The air is filled with the smell of grease and metal sometimes. We handle the business side of things from this spot. It’s not a place where you’d expect a fancy corporate setup. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Hyderabad is hot most of the year, so our coolers are always running. We get a lot of visitors from the nearby factories. Sometimes we share a tea with the guys downstairs. It’s a hardworking neighborhood. We don’t spend much on decor. We just have what we need to get the job done. The road outside can get very dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows. We’ve been in Moosapet for many years. It feels like we are part of the local industrial fabric. We just keep our files in order and make sure our clients are happy when they visit. There’s a small tiffin center down the road we visit every morning.
