Running Indu Projects (P) Ltd from our spot in Dilsukhnagar keeps us pretty occupied most days. If you know the Krishna Reddy building, that is where we set up shop. Hyderabad is a big place, but this corner feels like home to us. A small team of ours handles the daily grind of project work. It isn't always smooth sailing because projects have a way of throwing surprises at you, but we just deal with them as they come up. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking corporate. The desks stay covered in blueprints and some half-empty chai cups. It gets loud outside with all the buses and people, but inside we just keep our heads down and work. We talk a lot about logistics and where the next load of materials is coming from. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is breathing down our necks, but that is part of the job. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that. Most people find us because they know someone we worked for before. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We just want to finish the work and move on to the next one without too much trouble. It keeps the lights on for the long haul and helps us stay focused.
