If you head over to Kondapur in Hyderabad, you’ll find Indu Projects Limited at 51-A, Jayadarsini Whitefields. It is a busy area these days with all the tech companies nearby, but we just focus on our own work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep our tools and documents. Most days are spent coordinating with various teams and trying to make sure the materials get to where they need to be. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. Our approach is just showing up and doing the work that needs to be done. The 500084 area has changed so much since we first started, but the core of what we do remains the same. It’s about managing projects and making sure everything stays on track as much as possible. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or weather issues, which is frustrating, but we just take it in stride. Since we have a small team, everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no such thing as "not my job" here. We eat lunch together most days and talk about stuff other than work just to keep our sanity. It’s a practical, down-to-earth environment. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep; we just do our best with what we have in front of us every single day.
