Hyderabad Industries Limited

We are located out at the Thimmapur Unit, which is part of the Kothur Mandal in Mahaboobnagar district. It’s quite a way out from the main city. The address is 11-56, and it’s a big site for Hyderabad Industries Limited. Being out here means we have more space than the city offices. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. We have a small office section where we handle the admin work and gate entries. It gets quite warm in the summer months. We have a couple of fans going all day. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby villages. It’s a long drive if you're coming from Hyderabad. We don't have any fancy landscaping or a lobby. Just a dusty path leading to the entrance. We focus on the operations side of the business. There’s always something that needs fixing or checking on the site. We keep a logbook of everyone who comes and goes. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We don't have a cafeteria, so we all bring our lunch boxes from home. It’s a quiet place in the evenings after the shifts change. We just keep the place running as best as we can every single day.
