HM425 STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS LLP is tucked away in Flat 201 at Pearl Residency in Uppal. It’s in Block 1, which can be a bit tricky to find if you’re visiting for the first time because the signage isn’t great and the layout is a bit confusing. We’re a small team doing strategic planning and business help for folks who need a bit of direction. We aren't a big agency with a view of the skyline or anything like that. Our view is mostly the other apartments and the busy street below. The office is pretty basic. We have a few old desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at spreadsheets or on the phone with people who are trying to fix their business flow. Uppal is a busy area and the traffic can be loud in the afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We started this place because we wanted to work on our own terms. It’s not always easy and things get stressful. Some months are slow and we just sit around cleaning up old files or catching up on reading. Other times we are working late into the evening just to stay on top of everything. We don’t use any fancy software or big corporate methods. We just look at what’s wrong and try to find a way to fix it. Most of us have lived in the K.V.Rangareddy area for most of our lives, so we know how things work.
