We’ve been running Hitech Constructions Pvt Ltd out of our office here in Bhavani Nagar for quite some time now. If you know the Dilsukhnagar area in Hyderabad, you probably know where we are, tucked away near H.No.5-56/4. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day work of managing building projects. Most days, we are out on various sites dealing with laborers, supplies, and making sure the walls are going up straight. Building things is hard work and there are always some hiccups with weather or materials not showing up on time, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a big team of office people. Usually, it is just a few of us making calls and checking blueprints. We deal with residential stuff mostly. People in the neighborhood come by to ask about renovations or new floors. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from all the files and samples lying around. We just keep our heads down and focus on the actual construction part of things. It is not always pretty, and construction sites are loud and dirty, but we like seeing a house actually stand up when it’s finished. If you are walking around Dilsukhnagar, you might see our trucks. We just do what we do and try to get the work finished so families can move in. No fancy promises here, just honest work with bricks and mortar every day.
