Genpact

Our Genpact office is located in H 403, which is part of Mayflower Park in Mallapur. This is a residential complex, so it feels very different from a typical business district. We have the 500076 zip code. Working from an apartment like H 403 means we have to be mindful of the other residents living nearby. It’s a comfortable space though. We’ve turned the rooms into small work areas. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a security desk just for us; we just go through the main gates like everyone else. The atmosphere is very casual. Sometimes you can hear kids playing outside or neighbors talking in the hallway. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a lot of space for extra things, so every corner is used for something practical. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here. It’s mostly quiet work. We have our tea breaks in the small kitchen area. Mallapur is a bit away from the main city buzz, which we actually prefer. It makes the day feel a bit less frantic. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want a reliable place to sit and work. It’s a simple, honest setup that serves us well for the kind of work we do every day.
