Our office is tucked away in the Om Residency building at Uma Nagar. It’s unit S-4, and we’re located in Medchal, which is in the Ranga Reddy district. We are part of the Gannon Dunkerley & Co.Ltd. group. It’s a fairly quiet residential area, which is actually quite nice for when we need to focus on the planning stages of our construction projects. Mahesh Kulkarni is one of the main contacts here at this branch. We handle a lot of local work across the region from this spot. We don't really have a big reception area or anyone to greet you with a coffee. It’s a functional space where we meet with contractors and go over the blueprints for whatever bridge or building we are working on. We like to keep things simple and avoid all that corporate talk you hear so much of these days. We’re just regular folks who know how to build things properly. We've been here for a while and have a good sense of the local requirements and how to get things done in Andhra Pradesh. It’s not about being the biggest or the most famous; it’s just about getting the work done right and on time. Most of the time our staff is out on site anyway. If you drop by and nobody's there, we are probably checking on a foundation or a steel structure somewhere nearby. That’s just the nature of what we do. We focus on the practical stuff.
