Kondapur is a really busy part of town these days with all the tech growth, but our little corner in Silpa Park stays relatively quiet. It’s a residential-style building, so the office feels more like a home than a sterile corporate environment. We’ve got our desks set up in the main room, and there’s a small area where we keep our bags and coats. We spend our days working on various consulting projects for the India office. The vibe is pretty low-key. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless we absolutely have to for a specific reason. Most of the time, it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We have a small kettle for making tea, which gets used a lot during the afternoon slump. The windows look out over the nearby houses and some trees, which is a nice change from the traffic. It’s a simple, functional place. We don't have any high-end decor or fancy meeting rooms. If we need to talk about something, we just gather around one of the desks.
