Davis Langdon&Seah

We are based in Hyderabad as Davis Langdon&Seah, specifically in the Gachibowli area. Our office is at number 64 in the Vinayakanagar Colony. It is a busy neighborhood, especially with all the growth and new buildings around Gachibowli lately. We have been here for a bit, working on various consulting jobs related to the building industry. Our day usually starts with a lot of emails and phone calls from contractors. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and spreadsheets to figure out project costs. It is the kind of work that requires you to sit still and focus for long hours. The office itself is pretty simple and does not have any of the flashy stuff you see in the big tech buildings nearby. We prefer it that way because it keeps us focused on the task at hand. People come to us when they need a clear idea of what their construction project is going to look like on paper, especially the budget part. We do our best to be accurate and provide the info they need. It is mostly just a group of us working through the piles of paperwork that come with large projects. Sometimes the heat in Hyderabad makes the office a bit warm, but we have our fans and we keep at it. We know the local landscape well and have seen how much this area has changed.
