Customer Support Engineer/Manager

Our workplace is located at 4-144 on Road No-1 in Sri Venkateshwara Colony. That’s over in Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad. Being in the 500035 area puts us in a residential neighborhood that has grown a lot over the years. As a Customer Support Engineer/Manager setup, it’s mostly technical stuff and managing the daily flow. The building isn't anything to write home about, just a functional space where we have our computers and files. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. It’s a bit of a quiet street compared to the main Hyderabad roads, which we appreciate. Sometimes the traffic getting into Saroor Nagar is a bit of a headache, but we make it work. We aren't a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just try to solve problems as they come up. The colony is a nice place to be based. We’ve seen a lot of houses turn into small offices lately, but we've stayed in our same spot. It’s just how we operate. No big promises or flashy signs, just a regular group of people doing a job on Road No-1. We stay focused on the tasks and try to keep things running smoothly. Most days we just eat lunch at the desk to save some time.
