Chem Asia

Chem Asia is located in Himakeerthi Apts, specifically unit 204 at Plot No. 122 in Kalyannagar, Phase-III. It’s more of an office setup within a residential-style building, so it feels a bit different than a regular shop. We have been working out of this space for some years now. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and samples we keep around, but it’s where we do all our planning and coordinating. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. Most of our time is spent talking to suppliers or managing orders on the computer. It’s not a place where people just walk in off the street very often. We mostly deal with other businesses. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just try to get the orders right and make sure things are delivered on time. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details over and over. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we take our tea breaks and talk about the day's work. It’s a modest way to run a company, but it works for us. We just keep things moving along.
