We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just us at the desks in Kuris Homes, going through files and talking to people. We’ve been set up here for a while now. It’s a good location for us because it’s tucked away from the main road noise. Marri Raji Reddy Colony is a decent place to be. We aren't trying to be the biggest consultancy out there, just one that does the job right. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There’s no big hierarchy or anything. If a task needs doing, someone just picks it up. We like the independence of being an LLP. It means we can run things our way without too much red tape. So, if you're ever in the 501401 area, that’s where you’ll find the Cedfin crew. We're usually pretty busy but there’s always someone around during the day. It’s a simple life at Kuris Homes, but we like the pace.
