You can find us at Plot No. A-55 in the IDA area of Kukatpally, over in Gandhinagar. It is a proper industrial zone, so we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. Castall Technology has been operating from this plot for a good number of years. The building itself is pretty functional. We have the main work area and then a small section for the administrative side of things. It’s a lot of metal and concrete, which is exactly what you’d expect from a place like this. The roads around here can get a bit bumpy with all the heavy trucks, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We spend most of our time on the shop floor making sure the technology side of things is running as it should. It’s a busy environment. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to make things look pretty. It is just us, doing the work and making sure we meet our deadlines. We have some old machinery and some newer stuff too, and it all has to be maintained. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them on the fly. It is a bit chaotic but we have a handle on it. We are just regular people trying to do a solid job. We value hard work and just getting on with things without making a big fuss about it. The lunch room is just a small table in the back, but it's where we catch up on things that aren't about work.
