We are over at Khatija Mansion, which is at 9-4-62/34 in Meraj Colony, Tolichowki. We are based in Hyderabad, though some old files might mention Uttar Pradesh by mistake in the address line. Batco Roadlines Corporation is our name, and we’ve been working from this neighborhood for quite a while. Our office is located in a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate skyscraper. It’s just a few rooms where we manage the truck routes and keep track of all the deliveries. Moving things by road is always a challenge because you never know what the traffic or the weather will be like. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people across the country. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just use simple words and tell it like it is. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the files and ledgers we have to keep. We like being in Tolichowki because it’s a lively area with good food nearby. Our team is just a group of regular people who know how to handle the logistics business. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the trucks get to their destination safely. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s what we’re good at. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks without making a big fuss.
