Aditi Solar Pvt Ltd is located out in the Gajularamaran Village area. Our office is at Plot No. 17 on Road No. 11, which is inside the Aleap Industrial Estate. It can be a bit of a drive to get out here to Qutubullapur Mandal in the Ranga Reddy district, but it is a good location for the type of work we do. We focus on solar power projects. Being situated in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other companies and workshops that are all doing their own thing. It is a bit more of a rugged environment than one of those fancy glass office towers in the city center. We actually like it that way. There is plenty of space for us to move around and we never have to fight for a parking spot. Most of our team is from the local area and we know this part of the district very well. Solar is a big industry now, so we stay pretty busy most of the time. We aren't fancy people here. We usually just wear regular work clothes and spend our days talking about solar panels and energy output. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied. The village feel is still around us even though the industrial estate has grown so much. We have seen many changes in Ranga Reddy over the years. We just keep doing our solar work.
