We are located right on the Mundra Main Road. It’s a straightforward spot, easy for anyone driving through to see. We call ourselves Shakti Krupa Medical Agency. We mostly deal with supplying medicines and keeping a good stock for the local folks who live around here. The road outside is always full of dust and the constant sound of horns, but inside it’s just the usual rows of boxes and the hum of the refrigerator. We aren't a big corporation, just a few of us working here to keep things moving day after day. We spend our time answering the phone, checking the inventory, and helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific order to come in from the bigger cities, but that’s just how it goes out here in Mundra. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or marketing slogans to show off. We just show up, open the shutters, and stay here when people need their prescriptions filled. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and organizing the shelves so we can actually find things when it gets busy. The weather gets really hot in this part of the country, so we appreciate the shade of the shop. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now on the main road.
