Archana Auto Agencies is located at Plot No. 444 in Sector 1-A of Gandhidham in the Kachchh region. We’ve been operating out of this sector for quite some time now. Dealing with auto parts and agencies means there’s always people coming in asking for this bolt or that filter. Our shelves are pretty packed and it can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we generally know where we put things. The dust from the Kachchh air gets into everything, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. We aren't a big corporate dealership with shiny floors and people in suits. We wear our work clothes and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because most of them are. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking with suppliers or waiting for deliveries to arrive from the main ports. It’s a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing around when the parts finally show up. We don’t have a fancy mission statement. We just want to make sure people get what they need for their vehicles so they can get back on the road. Gandhidham is a busy hub for transport, so there’s never a dull moment. We just keep the doors open and do our best with what we have each day. It’s a simple life of managing stock and talking shop.
