Samay Impex Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at Plot No. 442, Office No. 2, in Sector-1/A. It is a pretty standard commercial area where a lot of import and export business happens every day. Samay Impex is a small operation, really. We just have this one office where we handle all the logistics and the mountain of paperwork that comes with this industry. There is always a lot of talk about shipping containers, truck schedules, and customs forms around our desks. It is not particularly exciting work to most people, but it is what we know how to do. The office is strictly functional. We have got a few computers that stay running all day and a big map pinned to the wall that we use once in a while. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually keep the blinds pulled down to stay cool. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to find out where a specific shipment has ended up. Sometimes there are big delays at the port, and we have to spend the whole day trying to fix the problem and calm everyone down. It can be a bit stressful, but we take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the sector. We just want to do our jobs right so the people we work with stay happy.
