New Phushpak Ice Cream Parlor

Our parlor is located at Shop No-7 in the Daz 01 building. We are right across from the Gandhi Samadhi in Adipur, so we get a lot of people who are visiting the area or just walking around Kutch. It is a hot part of the country, so ice cream is more of a necessity than a luxury some days. I moved into this shop not too long ago. It has been a learning process figuring out what the locals prefer. Some days are slow, and I just sit by the door watching the cars go by on the main road. Other times, like on the weekends, it gets crowded and I have to move fast to keep up. I try to keep the place looking decent, though the dust from the road always finds a way in. We have a few tables where people can sit down for a bit. It’s a small operation, mostly just me and sometimes a helper during the busy season. I don't go in for big promises or fancy names for the scoops. It is just cold, sweet stuff that tastes good when the sun is beating down outside. I like being near the Samadhi because it is a peaceful landmark. Most of my customers are just regular folks looking for a break. We don't do anything fancy, just standard service for anyone who walks through the door.
