Keval Lodge

Keval Lodge is located over in the Jangi Area of Kothara. If you know the Pipleshwar Mahadev Temple, we are right near there. It's a quiet part of Kutch, mostly. We run this lodge for travelers who need a place to sleep that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. It’s a basic building, nothing like those big hotels you see in the cities. We have rooms for people passing through or those visiting the temple for prayers. Managing a lodge in a place like this means you meet all sorts of folks. Some stay for one night, others stay a bit longer if they have work in the area. We do our best to keep the rooms tidy and the water running. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll usually see one of us at the front desk or tidying up the hallway. We don't have a fancy website or a booking system like the big chains. People usually just show up or call ahead. It’s been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the town. The temple brings in a lot of people during certain times of the year, and that’s when we get the most busy. Otherwise, it’s just a peaceful spot in Kothara. We just provide a bed and a roof, keeping things practical for anyone who stops by. It is just a simple place for a simple stay.
