It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, which helps when we’re trying to focus. We handle a lot of different import and export tasks. It’s a lot of looking at spreadsheets and making sure containers are where they should be. The office is tucked away in the residency, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being right on a main highway. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors are used to us by now. We don’t really do big advertising or anything. Most of what we do comes from people knowing we are reliable and just showing up. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery gets delayed, but that’s just how business goes in this part of town. We just deal with it and move on to the next thing. The team is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs or logistics guys. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We like being in Anjar Tal. It suits the way we work. Just regular people trying to run a business without making things more complicated than they need to be. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work.
