Kandla Free Trade Warehousing Zone

We operate out of Plot No. 501 in Phase II of the Kandla Special Economic Zone in Gandhidham. It’s a massive area, and sometimes it feels like we’re just a small part of a much bigger machine. The warehousing zone is a busy place, especially when ships are coming into the port nearby. We handle a lot of storage and moving goods in and out of the trade zone. It’s a lot of logistics and keeping track of crates and containers. The sun out here in Kutch can be really intense, so we spend a lot of time under the warehouse roofs. We don't have a fancy corporate office. It’s mostly just metal buildings and concrete floors. It can be a bit dusty and loud with all the forklifts buzzing around. We’ve been working in the Gandhidham area for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the port. It’s not a job for people who like to sit still. There’s always a truck waiting to be unloaded or a form that needs a signature. We don't use a lot of big talk about global trade. We just focus on making sure the inventory stays safe and gets where it’s supposed to go. It’s a simple, tough job, but it’s what we know how to do. Some days are long, but that’s the life of a warehouse worker out here.
