Forbes Patwalk

We operate out of Koottupuzha House, which is located in Mundra, Gujarat. It is a bit of a unique name for a building around here. We have been based in this part of India for a while now. Mundra is a busy place, especially with the port nearby, but our spot is just a regular building. We don't have any big flashy signs out front. Inside, it's just a functional workspace. We have our files, our computers, and a small team of people. We aren't interested in all that corporate polish. We just want a place where we can get our tasks done without a lot of distractions. The building has its quirks, like any older place, but we like it. It feels like it has some character. We handle all sorts of things for Forbes Patwalk from this location. Most days are pretty much the same—sorting through paperwork and making sure everything is in order. It is an honest way to spend the day. We aren't a massive office with hundreds of people. It’s just us. We know the people in the neighborhood and we like being part of the local scene in Mundra. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't need anything more than that. If you come by, you’ll just see us working away like anyone else. We don't have any big missions or goals written on the walls. We just work.
