This is the clinic of Doctor Hitesh B. Patel, located out in Village Bhuj within the Kutch district. We’ve been set up here in the 370001 area for quite a while now. It’s a quiet spot, mostly surrounded by the usual village life you’d expect in this part of Kutch. We aren't located in one of those big medical buildings you see in the city. Instead, we have a more modest place that fits in with the local surroundings. The people who come to see us are usually our neighbors or people from the nearby fields. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks and seeing what’s bothering them. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. The dust can be a bit much sometimes when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is here. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on people knowing where we are and coming by when they have a problem. It is a slow and steady kind of life in the village. We open the doors early and stay until the last person has been seen. It’s just about being a reliable part of the community here. There’s no need for anything more complicated than that. We just focus on the work right in front of us. It is the same thing we do every day without fail for all the local people.
