Zama Clinic

Zama Clinic is located on Hospital Road in Fazilnagar, which is part of the Gorakhpur area. We are right opposite St. Joseph School, so during the mornings and afternoons, you can hear the kids shouting and playing outside. It’s a lively spot to be. The clinic itself is a modest place. We have a small waiting area and a few rooms where the work happens. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them clean, though with people coming in from the dusty road, it’s a constant job. There’s a big desk where we keep the registers and a pen that’s usually tied to a string so it doesn't go missing. Life here in Fazilnagar moves a bit slower than in the big cities, which is fine by us. We see families from the neighborhood and some people who travel in from the smaller villages nearby. The light in the clinic is a bit dim in the corners, but it’s comfortable enough. We don't have a lot of big machines or anything flashy. It’s mostly just us, our tools, and the people who come to see us. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s quiet just to catch a bit of a breeze. It’s a basic setup, but it works for what we need to do every day. We’ve been here at 274401 for a while now and the school bells help us keep track of the time.
