Our place, Student Tutorials, is located right inside Tapeswari Vidya Mandir in Padrauna. The pin code is 274304. We are quite near Belwa Chungi, which is a spot most people in this area recognize without needing a map. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though the road can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We also end up helping a lot of people from Gorakhpur since it’s not too far of a trip for them. The building itself is part of the school grounds, so it feels very much like a traditional learning environment. We have been using these rooms for a while, and they have that old school smell of paper and wood. There are no high-tech gadgets here, just some desks and some blackboards that we’ve used until they’ve turned gray. We get students coming in from different parts of the district, and some even travel a bit of a distance to get here. The gate is usually open by the time the first few show up in the afternoon. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too bad. We spend our evenings here, mostly just going over notes and making sure everyone understands their lessons before they head home. It is a humble setup, but it serves the purpose for the families living around Belwa Chungi and beyond.
