We've been here on Cinema Road in Ramkola for a good while now. It's a busy spot, right near the old cinema. Most people know us because we handle two different things under one roof. We started with the telecom stuff, helping folks with their mobile phones, recharges, and small repairs when things stop working. Then we added the travel part because people kept asking for help with bus tickets and planning trips out of Gorakhpur. It’s just how things happened. We keep the doors open early and stay until late most days. The shop isn't fancy or anything. There are usually a few chairs for people waiting on a ticket or a phone fix. We try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for a specific travel route or a mobile plan that fits their budget. Sometimes the internet is slow or things get crowded, but we just deal with it. Living in Ramkola, you get to know almost everyone who walks by. We aren't trying to be some big city company. We just run our little place here. If you need a recharge or a seat on a bus, you can just stop by. There is always someone around to talk to. We use the small desk for the computer work. It’s a simple setup. We’ve seen a lot of changes on this road over the years, but we’re still here doing the same work every day.
