Rigveda India Skill Research Foundation

We are based at House Number 240 in Tadwa Chaubey Tola. It’s a part of the Banger Sidhuwa post area in Padrauna. This is way out in Kushinagar. Rigveda India Skill Research Foundation is what we call ourselves. We are local people through and through. The area is quiet and mostly rural. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It's just a house where we do our research and planning. Uttar Pradesh is a big state, and we are in a small corner of it. The pin code is 274304. We focus on skills because that’s what people need around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest foundation out there. We just want to be useful. Life in Kushinagar is slow, which is good for thinking. We spend our days talking to people in the village and seeing what skills they have. It’s a very simple operation. We don't have a big budget for advertising, so we just talk to folks face to face. It’s more honest that way. Our foundation is just a group of us trying to figure things out. We don't use fancy English or corporate talk. We just do the work that comes our way every day. It’s peaceful here, and we like that the most. We often meet under the big tree outside to discuss our foundation work when it gets too stuffy inside. It’s a long way from the city, but we wouldn’t change it.
