We are located over at C/O Ramesh Shahi in the village of Mahuawa Bujurgturkpatti Mahuawa. It’s a long name for a place, we know. Rdv Processing And Trading Llp is what we go by officially, but around here, everyone just knows where we are. It’s a rural setting, so things move a little slower than in the big cities, but we like it that way. We do a mix of processing and trading, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the seasons. The weather can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, especially when it rains hard and the roads get muddy, but we've learned to deal with it over the years. We started this because we wanted to do something local and keep the trade going in this area. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and checking the quality of what comes in. There’s no big marketing team here, just us and the ledger books. We try to be fair and just get the daily tasks out of the way. If you came by, you’d probably see a couple of trucks and some people moving bags around. It’s noisy and dusty sometimes, but it’s what we do. We’ve been part of this village life for a bit now, and we plan to stay put. It's a living, and it feels right to be working here.
