Jafarin Travels Agency is right here on N.H. Road in Fazilnagar. We are very close to the bridge, so it’s a landmark most locals know well. Our shop has been around for a bit, and we mostly focus on helping folks get their travel plans sorted out. It’s a small space, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the computer screen trying to find the best routes. Being near the bridge means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic, but that is part of being on the main road. We do things simply. If someone needs a ticket or a car, they come in and we see what is available. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we understand how the local transport works better than most. It can be stressful when trains are late or buses are cancelled, but we try to help people figure out another way. The office is usually open six days a week, sometimes seven if it’s a busy season. We just take it one day at a time here near the bridge, making sure everyone gets their tickets.
