We have been operating out of Awas Vikas Colony Phase 3 here in Padrauna for a while now. It's a busy spot in Kushinagar. Mostly we deal with building projects around this part of Uttar Pradesh. The office is right in the colony so people often just stop by to ask about stuff they need done on their plots. Construction is a lot of hard work, especially when the weather gets really hot or when the rains start during monsoon. We try to keep things moving as much as we can. It’s not always easy getting the right materials on time but we manage. My team spends most days out on different sites making sure things are actually happening. Kushinagar is growing, so there is always some new project starting up somewhere. We handle the paperwork and the actual site work from this office. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the dust and noise, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a big fancy firm from the city, just local folks trying to get the houses and structures built properly for the people around here. If you walk past Phase 3, you’ll likely see some of our equipment or the guys heading out for the day. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Padrauna lately with more people moving in. It keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and do the job that needs doing every day.
