Our office is set up in Kolhua Paigamberpur, right near the Shiv Temple on Satsang Nagar Road Number 02. Kundan Kumar Tiwari is the one who mostly looks after things here. It is a family-run type of business, which is why we have Tiwari & Tiwari in the name. We are based in the Bairiya area, which is a place that has seen a lot of growth lately. Being near the temple means there is always some activity around, but our work is mainly focused on infrastructure projects. We handle the usual stuff like planning and making sure the physical work gets done on site. It isn't a high-pressure corporate office by any means. We usually have people dropping by for a chat or to discuss local projects they have in mind. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a regular place where we work every day. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the local geography and the people pretty well. This helps when we are trying to get materials moved or things built. The infrastructure business is tough, with plenty of long hours and unexpected problems, but we just deal with them as they come. We aren't interested in sounding like a huge company. We are just local people working in the construction line, trying to do a solid job in and around Bairiya.
