Over in Village Dhuwantikar, near Ramkola, you’ll find Srigyan Research Foundation. We are located at Manish Kumar Srivastav’s place. It is a very quiet part of the world, far away from the big cities. There are no fancy labs or high-tech buildings here. Instead, it’s a simple village setting where our work focuses on research. Most of the time, our days are spent sitting around a table talking or looking through papers. This atmosphere feels very different from a typical urban office. You can hear the sounds of the village, like birds and the occasional tractor going by. Our staff is small, just a few people who are genuinely interested in what we do. Manish's place serves as the spot where we gather to plan out the next steps. It feels more like a community project than a corporate entity. Sounding professional or having a polished image doesn't really matter to us. Getting the right information is the only thing we care about. Sometimes hours go by while we read or discuss things under the shade of a tree. Even though the internet can be a bit slow out here, we manage to get by. Ramkola is a small place, so everyone knows what we are up to. Having a mission statement or a fancy vision isn't our style. We just do the research because it’s what we decided to do. This slow and steady way of working suits us just fine.
