Smile4Ever India Foundation

Our group is based out of 104, Jangal Vishunpura, right on the CC Road in Padrauna. Smile4Ever India Foundation isn't some big city operation with glass walls and expensive rugs. We work out of a regular building where everyone knows each other by name. Usually, the morning starts with sweeping the front and getting the files ready for whatever comes our way. Padrauna is a quiet enough place, but we stay busy with the foundation work. We didn't really plan on being a big organization, it just kind of happened when a few of us started talking about what the community needed. There's always someone coming in with a question or needing a hand with something. We try to keep things straightforward. If there's a problem, we look for a way to fix it without too much fuss. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and old chairs, but we know where everything is. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and talk until it comes back. That’s just how things are here. We don’t use big words or have fancy meetings. We just do the work that’s in front of us. It’s been a long road getting everything set up, but we are still here at the same spot on CC Road. People know where to find us if they need anything at all. We just keep moving along.
