Iradatech Foundation

You can find the Iradatech Foundation at Matashri House, 145 Buddha Nagari, which is in Ward No 21 in Kasia, Kushinagar. It’s a very specific spot and we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Kushinagar is a special place with a lot of visitors, but our ward is more about the people who live here year-round. Matashri House is where we do all our daily operations. It’s a solid building and we’ve turned part of it into a workspace that fits our needs. There’s a lot of coming and going because we deal with various local projects. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit around a table and figure out what needs to be finished by the end of the day. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we do get our work done. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the door. It makes the place feel more like a community hub than a cold office. We keep our records in order and make sure we are following all the rules for a foundation. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, but we’ve got a good system going now. Most of our neighbors know us by name, which is how we like it. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to do right by the people in Kasia. The work is steady and it keeps us all connected to the local life here.
